What we print on?

Our posters are printed on high quality satin FSC 200gsm paper. That makes them beautiful to look at whether framed or not.

We print posters ourselves using professional Japanese machinery and high quality waterbased ink. Thus we can be sure that posters will remain bright and colourful for many years.

Our posters are shipped unframed. This makes it easy for our customers to put them into a frame of their own choice.

Every poster is packed and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube allowing a safe delivery. The tube also allows the posters to be presented as a gift without any additional effort.

Order handling

We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. If you require an urgent shipment please contact us.

For orders exceeding 20 posters processing times will be longer.

All posters are shipped from our shop in Chester, UK.

Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail UK. Standard delivery is a 2nd class Royal Mail shipment for deliveries in the UK (normally arrives in 2-3 business days) and International Standard Royal Mail shipment for intenational orders (normally arrives in Europe in 3-5 business days and rest of World in 6-7 business days). This doesn’t have a tracking number and a proof of shipment can be provided by request.

For Priority Delivery or International tracked delivery please chose respective options at Checkout.

For orders of GBP50.00 and more we offer an upgrade to 1st Class and International Tracked delivery method at no extra charge.

Where countries charge import duties the buyer is responsible for these charges.

Refund Policy

The buyer can change their mind within 30 days of order.

To initiate a return please contact us by a simple e-mail stating your order number. The buyer will be responsible to send the goods back in their original packaging and condition. We do not provide return labels. The refund will be initiated within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions worldwide the postal services are not always able to comply with delivery times. However, if the order hasn’t arrived within a reasonnable amount of time please contact us. We will assess all the information and come up with a solution.

In this case we kindly ask the buyer to send us photos of damage (for both poster and outer packaging).We will assess all the information and come up with a solution.
