Concluding a Contract of Sale

By placing an order on this website the Customer confirms that they are over 18 years old and that they are legally capable to be a Party in a Contract. By placing an order on this website the Customer agrees to fill in all the necessary data for the order to be processed and shipped. The terms of data usage can be found on Privacy Policy page of this website.

After placing the order the Customer receives an email confirming the quantity and value of the ordered items. Each order has to be accepted by us. The contract between us and the Customer is concluded once a Shipping confirmation email is sent to the Customer.

Should the order be impossible to fulfil, we have the right to cancel the order. In such cases the Customer will be notified by respective email and the refund will be processed automatically by the chosen financial operator.

The description of the goods is provided on individual product pages of this website. The description is introductory and the final characteristics such as size and colour may differ. For any queries regarding the features and characteristics of the goods the Customer is required to place a written enquiry prior to placing the order. The prices of the goods are stated on the individual product pages on this website and include VAT. The prices of delivery are stated on the Delivery page of this website.

The price of the goods doesn’t include any import or customs charges should these arise in the process of delivery. The Customer is responsible for paying these additional charges. The Customer is responsible for supplying full and correct information required for delivery and communications regarding the order.

Delivery, Returns and Refund

Order processing time, aimed delivery time and prices of delivery are stated on the Delivery page of this website.

The Customer has the right to return the order and apply for a refund. The goods must be returned in their original conditions and original packing at the expense of the Customer. Prior to returning the goods the Customer must contact us by email at [email protected] and wait for confirmation of return and return address. No returns will be accepted without our written confirmation. Upon receiving the returned goods we will process the inspection of the goods within 3 working days. The refunds will be processed depending on results of goods inspection within 5 working days.

In case if the goods have arrived damaged, the Customer has to notify us by email at [email protected] immediately and provide the photos of such damage of both the goods and outer packaging.

In case of non-delivery of the goods, the Customer has to notify us by email at [email protected].

Payments

At the Checkout page of this website the Customer chooses a preferred way of payment. By proceeding with the payment the Customer agrees to the Payment Operator terms, conditioons and privacy policies.

Our liability

Should we fail to fulfill the order, we shall only be liable to the extent of the order value.

We shall not be liable for other losses that arise from our failure to fulfill the order, such as loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss of anticipated profit or savings, loss of time, etc.
