Illustration by Marguerite Montaut (aka Gamy) of a 1911 filght from Paris to Rome completed by Andre Beaumont. Fun fact: the flight was actually a race that happened on 31st May 1911 and Beaumont beat Roland Garros, completing the flight in twenty-eight hours and five minutes.
